How we do it
We are implementing a fully automated and computerized internal process that will ensure all vehicles are always accounted for. We will know when a car was parked; where it was parked, and who it was parked by and most importantly we will be able to access this information instantly. This high level of accountability will render more than just few positive results. First and foremost, it creates an internal culture of personal responsibility. Each employee knows they will be held individually accountable for his/her work and as a result they will perform better due to higher expectations.
We are not passively sitting back and waiting for problems to arise and then looking for solutions. We are always proactively looking inward and ahead in seeking to identify areas that could be improved upon. By adopting this proactive approach we can avoid problems before they occur
